Training Registration

Registration Form for the Santa Ana, California training on March 13th & 14th, 2008.

Registration starts on September 25th, 2007 and closes on Feburary 25th, 2008.

Refunds:
a. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel this training for lack of registration (minimum of 15), a FULL refund will be made.
b. a 90 % refund will be made to applicants who cancel on or before March 3, 2008, if we are able to rebook the slot.
c. No refund for cancellation after March 3, 2008
